Dennis J. Bartek
Dennis was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and has served as an attorney to the community for the past 37 years. He earned his law degree from the University of Akron in 1971 after receiving his B.A in Political Science from the same institution in 1968. He was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1971. He has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Dennis served the community as an Assistant Prosecutor for Summit County. Additionally, he served as Acting Judge for Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court by Periodic Assignment for 14 years. He is a member and past president of the Akron Bar Association; a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and past member of its Council of Delegates; and a member of the Ohio Justice Association; American Justice Association; the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; the Federal ADR Panel for the Northern District of Ohio, and the Scanlon Inns of Court (Master of the Bench).
Dennis, an AV rated attorney, is a graduate of the Justice Institute. He has been a recipient of both the University of Akron School of Law Outstanding Alumni Award and Akron Bar Association Professionalism Award. He has been selected as a Leading Lawyer by Inside Business Magazine and one of Ohio's "Super Lawyers" by Law and Politics Magazine on numerous occasions.
Natalie M. Niese
Natalie earned her law degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 2006. While in law school she was a participating editor for the law review, Scholarship recipient, CALI award winner, and volunteer mediator for the Summit County Small Claims Division. Natalie has also earned her M.Ed in Rehabilitation Counseling from Kent State University and B.A. in Psychology from Ohio Northern University. While at Ohio Northern University she was a member of the women's basketball team.
In addition to be admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio, Natalie has been admitted to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has recently applied for admittance to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio and the US Tax Court. Natalie is a member of the Akron Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Justice Association; American Justice Association; and the Scanlon Inns of Court.
